error logging into RR with BC-tool for BC246T

I entered the correct name & password for RR , it's giving me a error msgs, when I click ok to try again I see in the blink of an eye two pages blink up & off and then I'm at the main screen. I go back to programming and i'm ina nasty circle ..help

    Vince, I had the same problem with bc-tool and another "free" software with RR. Later I noticed on Scannermaster.com that RR changed their configuration and that an update was need to make the connection.
    Hope this helps.
