I need to generate a debug log

1) Close bcTool
2) Start bcTool
3) Go to Help -> Debug Window
4) Make sure that 'Disable logging' on the debug window is not ticked/checked
5) Try to move the debug window so that it is visible even when you are working in the main bcTool window
6) Connect to your scanner then perform whatever action causes the problem
7) Go back to the debug window and click 'Save Log'
8) Attach the log file to your new discussion in Tender, or mail it directly to rob@wasteground.co.uk
